Training on Integrated Systems

Integra will provide a service to train the Integrator’s designated staff on not only how the system is to work, but how to troubleshoot if a problem arises, how to load firmware updates, how to make configuration adjustments if needed due to their customer’s requests.
Integra training function is not designed for the end- user, but for the integrator, so that they can train their customer properly on the integrated system. Integra respects and values the relationship the integrator has with their customer, and Integra does not want to interfere with that relationship.
