Integra recognizes that project cycle for an integration has many layers and activities, the services offered for Technical Project Management will provide personnel to represent project management with an technical focus, making sure integrator technicians and installers, or their subcontractors are integrating to the technical specification of the design and integration purpose.

Some of the services that this includes is onsite leadership and guidance, ensuring integration is being done efficiently and correctly, interfacing between engineers and installers, reporting progress and issues needing resolution, and attending project meetings with appropriate reporting responsibilities.
