Preventative Maintenance Inspections

Integra is interested in the integrity of the products it represents. As a preventative measure to ensure the integrity, the manufacturer or the integrator may request Integra to provide cyclical onsite product maintenance inspection. Some of those activities will include inspecting firmware and making sure it is current, making sure the product is not overheating, dirty or malfunctioning.
