Manufacturer’s Request for Support

Occasionally, a manufacturer represented by Integra, will make a request to provide a support service on their behalf. An example of this may be if the manufacturer is getting a heavy request for help from a consultant or an integrator, and they don’t have enough resource in house to support this effectively.
